TInspired by 1970’s BBC Play for Today, a collection of dramas written for the small screen that included folk horror classics like Penda’s Fenn and Nigel Kneale’s Beasts. Filtered through the eye of Rosie Evans, we translated the claustrophobic kitschyness into soft summer pieces. Tiered kitty dresses and antique French needlepoint bodysuits, cotton jersey dyed with avocado seeds and angel denim pieces.

For this collection we tried to refocus our efforts on sustainability and using deadstock and vintage materials. We were incredibly lucky to work with Sula a Brighton ethical brand who donated their leftover materials and Ofplanetearth a London brand who donated their collection of vintage an antique French needle points.
We focused on finding deadstock denim and cotton pointelle for our Angel Sets and Bed Playsuits and sourced vintage embroideries for the 3 Kitten Dresses and the Selkie Dress from a trip to Hungary

Made from vintage 1960’s jewellery, donated by my mother’s best friend’s mother, the Tarot Chain Belt is a one off chain belt, with dangly earrings and jewels and a lobster clasp at the hip.
One off in a size Xsmall, best fit a waist 26”-28” dependant on the fit

Wipe clean with a dry cloth to preserve the condition, only use a damp cloth if fully neseary, avoid submerging in water or getting damp. Store in in a jewellery or accessories box to avoid dust or damage.

Made from baby pink deadstock brushed cotton, and an antique wool felt placemat that we sourced from a vintage shop in Hungary, the 3 kittens dress is a one off tiered full skirted dress with a loose bodice and waist fit for comfort and movement. Lined with a pink cotton sateen and a blue brushed cotton underskirt.
Size Small, Bust measurement 35” Underbust 34” Length from pit to hem 26”
Model Cheyenne is a size small and 5’7” and Model Graham is a size medium, with the dress unzipped, and a size medium
This piece is ready to ship, however if bought with made to order items we will ship them together after the made to order piece is finished. Please be aware that there can be shipping delays when shop demand is high.

Care Info
Dryclean or Hand wash only, use a delicates or hand wash laundry soap in warm water and hang out in a ventilated area to dry.
To best preserve the shape of the dress either hang up or lay the item flat when storing.

Made from deadstock blue denim the Angel Jacket is a fitted zip up jacket sewn on angel wings at the back and buckles on the neck and cuff. With red topstitching and silver hardware the jacket has a tight fit and flare on the hip.
