Shipwreck pirates on the last legs of a broken ship, marooned on a polluted land. Rolling into the waste filled coastline, adrift among a symphony of plastic bags and multicoloured fishing line.

This collection was inspired in part by moving house, and the seemingly endless bags of shared things, and the oddessy of trying to find a home for these things that isn’t the dump. Charity shops are full of donations, recycling points are overflowing and nobody with a conscious wants to bin furniture and clothes that could be used again. The last few years I feel like there’s been a tidal wave of stuff in my life, clothes in particular feel like the never ending waves, from carboot sales and ebay packages, and then out again on resale apps.
