Made from vintage and antique French needlepoints the History Jacket is a corseted elizabethan inspired cropped zip up jacket. The shoulder seam features a faux opening with white cotton lining and lacing and faux corsetry on the waist.
Lined with a lightweight deadstock woven wool.
The needlepoints were donated by the wonderful Of Planet Earth who kindly donated her needlepoint collection she had amassed during trips to French flea markets.
Size Small best fit a bust 32-34” and waist 26-28” Model Betty is a size Xsmall and 5ft9”
Due to the age and history of the needle points there are small marks of wear. We have tried to reinforce the fabric where we can but some age marks are inevitable.
This piece is ready to ship, however if bought with made to order items we will ship them together after the made to order piece is finished. Please be aware that there can be shipping delays when shop demand is high.

Dryclean or Hand wash only, use a gentle handwash soap or dissolve a washing tablet in warm water and hang out in a ventilated area to dry. To best preserve the shape of the jacket either hang up or lay the item flat when storing.
